Ian Fellows, MS, has contributed to research on depression and schizophrenia spectrum disorders, focusing on subthreshold and subsyndromal depressive symptoms in middle-aged and older outpatients with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. His work includes clinical trials investigating citalopram augmentation for suicidal ideation and depressive symptoms in this population. Fellows has also studied depression prevalence among premedical undergraduates. His publications appeared in Psychiatrist.com between 2009 and 2010.
