Pedro L. Delgado, MD, has published extensively on the clinical management and neurobiological aspects of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and somatoform disorders. His work addresses topics such as antidepressant discontinuation syndrome, sex differences in depressive response, and the mechanisms of antidepressant action. Delgado has also contributed to research on the physical symptoms of depression, patient adherence to medication, and the use of psilocybin in obsessive-compulsive disorder.
