Simone N. Vigod, MD, is affiliated with ICES and the Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, as well as the Department of Psychiatry at Women’s College Hospital and Research Institute. Her published work focuses on women's mental health, particularly maternal psychiatric conditions, neurodevelopmental disorders such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and the impacts of medication use during pregnancy. She has contributed to studies on traumatic brain injury, preventive care for children of women with schizophrenia, and associations between antenatal exposures and perinatal outcomes.
