Li-Chi Chen, MD, is affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, the Division of Psychiatry at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, and the Department of Psychiatry at Cheng Hsin General Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan.
