Matthew K. Nock, PhD, has published extensively on suicide and child and adolescent psychiatry. His work includes studies on suicidal behaviors among military personnel, risk algorithms for persistent suicidal thoughts in college students, and cognitive control deficits distinguishing adolescent suicide ideators from attempters. He has also examined the effects of intravenous ketamine on suicidal ideation and the prevalence and risk factors for suicide attempts in global mental health surveys.
